Creating an Account
Before you can start using Aeraxys Connect, you need to create an account. The registration is simple and passwordless - you'll receive a verification code by email:
Click Log In
Click the 'Log In' button below. Both new and existing users use the same button.
Enter Your Email
Enter your email address. If you're a new user, you'll be asked to accept the privacy policy and terms of service before proceeding.
Verify with Code
Check your inbox for a verification code. Enter the code to complete registration and your free trial will be activated automatically.
What is a Project?
A project in Aeraxys Connect is a complete customer service solution that combines phone and email support with AI automation. Each project represents one business or service that needs customer communication.

Creating Your First Project
Follow these simple steps to create your first project:
Navigate to Projects
Click on 'Projects' in the header menu or burger menu to access your project list.
Create New Project
Click the 'Create Project' button and enter a name for your project. This should be descriptive of the business or service.
Configure Basic Settings
Once created, you'll be taken to your project dashboard where you can begin configuring your customer service solution.
Choosing a Phone Number
Every project needs a phone number for customers to call. Your AI assistant will answer these calls automatically.
Note: Phone number selection is managed by administrators. Contact support if you need a specific number.
- Go to the 'Phone' section in your project sidebar
- Select an available phone number from the list
- Configure greeting messages and hold music if needed
Setting Up Email
Configure an email address where customers can reach your AI assistant. The email prefix you choose will become part of your project's email address.

Choose a unique prefix for your project email. For example, 'support' becomes support@aeraxysconnect.com

Configuring Your AI Assistant
The AI section is where you define how your assistant should behave and respond to customers.
AI Prompt
Write a detailed prompt describing your business, products, services, and how the AI should interact with customers. Be specific about tone, information to share, and what actions the AI can take.
AI Model Selection
Choose the AI model that best fits your needs. Different models have different capabilities and response speeds.
Voice Configuration
Select a voice for your AI assistant and configure voice-specific settings in the Voice section.
Managing Availability and Bookings
Set up when your AI assistant is available to take calls and handle booking requests.
